CHANGES & RETURNS

CHANGES are made with products of equal or greater value within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt. Please ensure that the products are returned in a new and unworn condition, with the original packaging and all labels. We are not able to accept used products and in this case the products will be returned to the customer. When trying on clothes, make sure that they do not come into contact with anything that may leave a mark or odor, for example perfumes, deodorants, smoke, etc. We will not be able to accept any product return / change in which there will be evidence stating that these instructions have not been followed.
The return of the original product is done exclusively with SPEEDEX on our charge (receiver charge) to the address that you will find below. The transport costs of the new parcel are €5.50 and are paid by the customer upon delivery of the new parcel. In case you choose another company we have no responsibility for the receipt of the parcel and the shipping costs. The cost of each subsequent change is borne exclusively by the customer and will amount to the equivalent charged by the service with which he will choose to return the product to us. Once we receive the product we will send the new order. Please send the products through traceable services for your own safety. The returned package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we suggest, for security reasons, to send the package as registered that ensures the value of the products. Please keep the post office or company receipt with a tracking number, if provided.
At LA.LOU BOUTIQUE we try as much as possible to have all our items available. Although the availability of our products is automatically updated by the online system, there is a small chance that for various reasons, the product you have chosen may not be in our warehouse. If this happens, the company will try to inform you as soon as possible and suggest an alternative.
REFUNDS are available within 14 days. If you are not happy with the product you can send it back to us. Delivery cost is on the customer. Αfter we receive the product we will process the refund (reduced by 6€ for the first shipment cost).
CAUTION!

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT: Before each shipment, a high standard inspection is performed to ensure that the products that reach the hands of the customers are in excellent quality. According to EU rules, a merchant must repair, replace, reduce the price or refund you if the products you bought turn out to be defective or do not look or work as advertised. The products are characterized as defective if they receive a manufacturing error upon receipt. We would like you to know that products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced or reimbursed immediately. However, our company reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint is real. Our company will inform you about the progress of your complaint. If you want to change a defective product, you should keep in mind that our company can replace it with the same product of the same size depending on availability or with any other product. Where possible, our company will repair the defective product.
If you bought from our company a product online that is defective, you have the right to return your order within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of receipt of the product.
