Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order as follows:

3.After sending or receiving the product, contact the Online Shopping Customer Service Department by phone: +30 6970111377

Any costs of the original shipment (regardless of the purchase amount), return and cancellation will be covered by the customer. The cost of return is borne exclusively by the customer (ie it is charged by the sender) and amounts to the equivalent charged by the service with which he will choose to return the product to us. The costs of the initial shipment will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount that will be made to the customer's bank account.
In any case and for all the above cases the maximum cancellation period may not be extended beyond 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
